About Made in China Pellet Mill
Due to a lack of experience in biomass pelletization, most Chinese companies are completely dependent on outdated technology derived from machinery designed to produce grain feed or animal feed. Definitely, this type of machines are not good for process biomass pellet for fuel and disadvantages of these machines include high speeds of rotation, low output, low pellet density, high mechanical losses, and high manufacturing costs. Some of these problems persist within the industry in China to the present day.
NPM Pellet Mill
In years past, our client’s feedback about our wood pellet lines were mixed. It was brought to our attention that the pellets produced did not meet their expectations. After hearing this information in 2003 our engineers began to do independent research as well as engaging with Tsinghua University professors specialized in biomass pellet technology to upgrade our technology in order to surpass the level of the prevailing grain feed technology. After eight years of testing and discussions, the group successfully adjusted the machine’s main structure, greatly improving the ring die and compression roller. They also made considerable gains in the machine’s lubrication and transmission systems, thereby enhancing its durability and efficiency in the pelletizing process.
With these improvements as a basis, the group then developed a complete biomass pellet plant which is able to process sawdust, wood chips, straw and other biomass materials into pellet fuel. Pellets produced by the company’s newly engineered plant are denser, uniformed in length, more lustrous and have fewer flaws. The pellets technical specifications comply with international standards.
NPM has large mold forging workshops, China’s most advanced ring die vacuum quenching furnace and a complete production chain consisting of several auxiliary equipment manufacturers. Coinciding with these developments, NPM BiofuelTech has assembled a first-rate team to help inexperienced clients in the field achieve independent production.
